Project Overview

Following a recent Success Factors (Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service modules), the next phase was to deploy the Compensation module to support annual salary review and bonus allocation for contract employees.  Metro Trains had a need for consultancy services to manage the change to the new module.

Cubic’s Involvement

  • Conducted a High-Level Change Impact Assessment to understand most impacted teams

  • Completed a Stakeholder Analysis to identify key influencers

  • Developed a Change Communication & Engagement Plan to inform targeted communication at key milestones

  • Prepared communication and performance support materials for priority audiences including Leader Briefing Packs, Leader Guides, Frequently Asked Questions and Ready Reference Guide

  • Facilitated Lessons Learned Workshop with Compensation Planners
