As part of a major company-wide ERP implementation program, a facilities management services company introduced SAP and Quintiq Rostering standardise and simplifying core business processes and IT platforms. The program resulted in the replacement of over 100 legacy systems.
Cubic was engaged to deliver the following:
- Organisational design to define the organisational model
- Change impact analysis
- Stakeholder engagement and change readiness assessment
- Communications planning and deployment
- Training needs analysis and training strategy
- Develop role based training curriculum
- Training program design and development, including instructor led training, eLearning, learning aids, training environment and exercises
- Conduct Train the Trainer including soft skills
- ILT delivery across all modules of SAP in locations in Australia and New Zealand
- Implement and manage a learning management system
